The sad fact of the matter is that countless people in this country get arrested every year and charged with DUI even in when those people are in a scenario like I pointed out above. Good honest people, like yourself suddenly have their lives turned upside down because of a little mistake. That is the really criminal part in this thing. Sorry to hear about your misfortune.
